Complaint regarding LED

I have raised an request regarding my LED panel in February and my part has also approved by company but already 1 year have passed and still not received that led panel.

When I call to customer care number, they always told me sir we will raise your request on urgent basis.

We bought Videocon TV model: UHD VNB50 from the dealer "Bindra Radio & Elect. Corporation" Meerut and recently TV gone faulty and made complaints at Tollfree service center.

It's been 3-months that we made complaint at Videocon server center vide Ref no. LP[protected] on dt: 16 Dec 2020 towards faulty TV model: UHD VNB 50 and no proper response or rectification step carried by the company despite regular follow-ups and excuses...

D2H Recharge Failed - Money Deducted

I have recharged my d2h account[protected] with Rs.329 on 20 Feb 2021 via

Washing machine warranty

Its so disgusting to here about videocon that company not proving after sale service even after long wait (230+ days). Complain was closed automatically and reopen again to hind its failures. No one is ready to support customer and followup too. I am just wasting my time in follow up with you.

Ac not working From last month

I have complaint for my videocon ac last month, engineer visited my place and told problem in outside PCB. I asked him to repair but till date it was not repaired even I asked him to replace the part but he told it is not available.

Tv Panel in warranty not received

No service resolution for 3 month on fridge.

My fridge had broken down and the technician from Videocon said I would need a new compressor. As the fridge was under warranty, the new compressor was ordered free of charge in December, 2020.

Pls note we had bought a video tv, and its display went off before its warranty period, the service provider said that they would be replacing the television, it has been a year now, and no one is reverting on the complain.

We have done several followup they told us that we will hhave to pay 30% of the invoice value for replacement of the product which is in warranty, we even agreed for it, but still the company is not getting...

D2H STB falls back to 720p

My Videocon D2h stb is set to operate at a resolution of 1080. My TV is also full hd supporting 1080 resolution.
Yet many a times the stb falls back to 720 resolution which is very annoying.

I have to manually set it back to 1080.
I contacted d2h support but after they checked the issue, they blindly blamed it on my tv and left.
