My order is 2444311, i Ordered 25/08/2023, website told 5 or 7 days dispatch, now 13 days complete still not dispatched yet, now dispatch or refund pls sir...

My self purchased a power bank worth Rs. 999/- paid by UPI- google pay . But they are not delivering the goods or not refunding the money. MY ORDER NO. IS 2420748 DTD. 15/8/23....

I ordered a "DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX 400 PRO Blue " that turned out to be of very poor quality, far below the standard I expected, and it was a completely different model than what I had ordered. Despite my request for a refund, I have not received any response or action regarding the return and refund process. The customer service representative has been unhelpful and unresponsive. It's been a month, and I'm still dealing with these issues....

I ordered #2438238 DEFY GravityZ in 2 week before but still no delivery...
