This is to inform u that my mobile number is [protected] blocked by trai. This is because unknowingly i called one dnd number and my number is blocked. And i loose my business for almost 4 years from now.
So kindly do the needful so that i can use the same number in further and make sure that i will not be using this number for marketing purpose.

I made a complaint on 11th of march pertaining to internet slow speed and executive told me that my concern will be resolved by 16th of march by 6 pm and technical team will call me and someone will visit and check the device but it’s 19th and on regular base i am making complains and executives says by 24 hours problem will resolved. Pathetic service...

After charging me 1200 for providing 2g services and 1.6 gb data i received a mail from vodafone appelate section that rs.600 will be waived off.

Now i have paid the balance amount and they are harassing me for rs.600 as well.

They are asking me to visit vodafone store or not replying properly to questions asked over email.

Really pathetic service...

I have already 1 postpaid connection but your excutive forceing me to take a new connection of vodafone postpaid connection whes he is saying 1st pospaid number is convert on prepaid and 2nd one is postpaid.. When i have call your excutive he is not responding my call so my problem is please my 1st number converting to prepaid plese call me urgently...

Dear Sirs my vodofone no.being [protected] and i am a senior citizen. i am receiving so many unwanted sms messages from vodofone probably customer care and wiping out my little balance i could recharge.

when i sent a message to 1909 of TRAI I HAVE RECEIVED THE MESSAGE THAT ALREADY DND IS REGISTERED.

BUT WHY BALANCE IS GETTING WIPED AWAY EVERY TIME.

I have raised a porting request to vodafone to convert to airtel with porting request id va117574. After few days this request has been rejected by vodafone. When i have called their customer care, they told that "when our customer care has called you, you have confirmed that you will stay back in vodafone. So that porting request has been rejected. Please raise a new porting request"

I have never told that i will stay in vodafone,...

Yesterday night 18/03/2018 i have lost my phone. I tried calling on my number, firstly it was picked by someone then he make it busy after that switch off. Please block my number [protected] as soon as possible. I don't remember my imi number. I went for police complaint but they were asking for imi number. I want to block my number in the name of my sister preeti pannu. Any suggestions from your side....

Port is on 13 feb 2018 while 2nd recharge that is on 13th march 2018 pack of 229 no money is received but the recharge is showing successful please provide help by doing something my number is [protected] please do something either give me 229 rupees in cash or in the form of recharge both will do but 229 rupees going in total waste of customer is not right since i hve recently ported it will get more difficult for me to trust the sim services...

I got a attractive scheme from your in which i had to get unlimited call and 1.4 gb data per day for 28 days. After it i had done my recharge but i got aprox 14. Rs in my account by this i was very upset and make to costomer care in which they told " We didn't give you scheme like this " After it make an another call but no one has pick .

Sir i my village is berwal nd we have no network coverage of any company in about area except bsnl nd i request you to install a mobile network in our village. So people will be able to your network as much as possible as there is no competition here. Kindly listen to this complaint and pls let us enjoy a good mobile usage facility in our area.

Mene 16.03.18 koapne vodafone no.[protected] par 509 ka recharge karna chaha lekin ye unsucces rha.kuch time bad mene wapas 509 ka recharge kia to success go gya.
Lekin karib 40 min. Bad mere bank account se 509 rupees do bar kat gye..yani 1 recharge ke pese do bar lat liye gye..vodafone care ko call karne ki try ki lekin bar bar try karne ke bad bhi call nhi laga.kisi dusre no. Se try kia to kahte he ki refund nhi hoga.br...

The access Fee is being a constant issue. It is the second time.

Also, Vodafone automatically subscribes to its various packs and deducts amount by itself.

Please look into this matter ASAP....

On march 6, 2018 recaharged for rs.144/- rcvd rs.1.42 gst rs.21.97 access fee rs.120.61. New bal 0.46.

I had 50 rs balance and over night i got charged for activating a vas which i did not do and was left with -0.7 rs of balance the next day with my net pack on and having data. I made a complain after putting 120 recharge to ask why i as being charged or more like robbed of balance over night. And customer care recited a story of a vas getting activated. So reverted and i had 160 rs of balance back in my account. Next day i check my account...

My account no:67253337. I have raised request to disconnect the connection by october 2017 and received mail stating that it is disconnected. I have settled all outstanding amount also. Since then am receiving bills every month till date. When i notified the same, vodafone confirmed that it is systme issue from their side and they will resolve it. After that also am getting bills every month. I have sent many mails regarding the same but...

My sim outgoing blocked from last 2 days.
My all outstanding were cleared for vodafone and my previous service provider such documents submit to vodafone gallery yesterday. They told me that my vodafone sim outgoing service will start within 24 hrs. But after 24 hrs they told that 24 hrs means working 24 hrs which is actually 3 days. I don't understand new sim activated in 10 minutes but my active sim service why take this much time....

I receive a message at 1:08 pm today that wwe zone is activated and 90 rs will get deducted.
For your information, i have not requested for any subscription. So kindly deactivate it and make sure not a single penny is deducted from my account.

Also stop all this indecent practices of trying to cheat your customers. This does not suit a brand like vodafone....
