I had taken my mobile 20days back and from the day first mobile internet was not working. This time they have asked me 7 days of time to resolve the issue. but they closed my complaint without informing or checking whether the internet is working fine or not. Hi i am Manish . its been 3 weeks that i bought my number. there has been no call for verification or physical verification of my id. i am fed up of this behavior from vodafone, whenever i make a call on my number, the auto tone says " this number has been temporarily out of service " .

My Vodafone number is in red family plan still individual bills getting generated and asking for payment and thus they have blocked my outgoing and have registered my complain so many times but only complaint numbers no results, it is more than a month customer care just know to call for money but they don't see complains registered under n y the bills are outstanding. Tired of Vodafone some or the other issue...

My no is [protected] feom shillong, meghalaya.My balance gets deducted everytime i recharge my phone for all kinds of services without my consent.I called the customer complaint 198 they have refunded the amount but after 10-15 minutes the aervice is again activated and my money deducted..i visited the vodafone customer care office but no satisfactoey response was given...i have been facing this problem for the past one month or so.....

Please block my sim as it got stolen today while i was travelling to my home . The place where it got snatched is some where near Gaziabad and when i tracked the location it located Vijay Nagar . I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible. I will be highly obliged.

On 25 feb 2017 i did a recharge through vodafone site on my mobile number [protected] but the recharge got cancelled due to authentication form bank with reference id HCMP[protected] but the money was deducted from my credit card .
So i contacted my bank for the above issue they told me that they have verified the amount but merchant has not claim till yet, if the merchant will not claim till 27 feb 2017 then they will revert the money...

This is to request you to disconnect my current postpaid connection under the SIM - [protected] as I am no longer using the SIM card and the services that it provides.I took the plan on jan 19 2017 and after month o[censored]sing it I found the plan not viable to my needs and therefore have decided to dicontinue this plan and terminate the services it provide. Please look into this matter ASAP as I urgently need to terminate this postpaid connection....

I have reacharge for 149 it is offer voda to voda unlimited calls with no balance left... But.. I need not this offer i dont have a single no to call vodafone no. I had emergency to call another network... Customer care not have any back of this offer if i dont want offer i want balance... My balance is nil i just recharge 149. But i cant call... I dont want this unrealistic offer.. I think i donate money to vodafone.. Pls resolve issue.....

I have got a messsge from Vodafone that Rs. 25 is deducted from my account for VDO Mania service which I have never availed.

Customer care number does not take ditectly to complaint or customer executive and spent Rs. 2 more for the call.

This is unacceptable /deducting balance without intimation. Get back to me and return the charges.

I am surprised to receive the message from Vodafone stating that a Video Cube pack has been activated and Rs 35/ deducted for that. I have not sent any activation request for it. Can you please justify the deduction without my consent. My mobile no. is [protected]. Kindly request to stop this pack activation. Kindly credit the deducted amount ASAP.

I am staying in Asalpha vilage but in my house ecen in my chawl there is a huge network issues. For each and every call we have to come out from our house to our passage then we able to dial or receive the call. So please improve ur network quality in our chawl otherwise our all chawl members decided to port with another operator. We hope our complaint will solve asap....

Vodafone is repeatedly activating Value Added Service Like Glamour Zone, CLIPSKART, VDS Games etc. I have never requested these services. Even after multiple complaints this is continuing. I recharged my number with Rs 14 (for std & local @Rs 0.25 per min for 28 days) on 26.2.2017 at 7:53pm. I received the confirmation of the recharge after which I started an outgoing call.
