Warranty Services: Lost my 500 GB harddrive

I had created a request for hard drive replacement on the 10th of Jan 2009. The companys website states it needs 3-4 working days for providing a replacement. as they have a door to door policy. I went online registered and scheduled a pickup.

Defective Hard Drives Replacement

I purchased a WD 160 GB hard disk, but the product was damage with in warranty period. As a company rules I was create RMA for replace my product and the defective hard disk has been picked up by wd courier partners as on 27/11/2008.After two months company says that they did not received the product.
