I bought a whirlpool fridge and 3 windows ac. Though the products are good but if it gives any problem, the service centres (3rd party) folks are unprofessional and always look out for replacing components so that they can make easy money. I complained about my fridge icing in the lower part (Vegetable) and they sent a mechanic ashok m # [protected] and said thermostat is not working and replaced it for inr 2300/- and said fridge is working...

It seems that Whirlpool India is more eager to sell products than provide proper service. So, as an inevitable consequence to this kind of behaviour, people like us remain as dissatisfied customers.

Very noisy indoor unit . I have been complaining about this from the first day of installation .There is no action taken till now .Moreover the service centre give customer the time of visit of technician.If customer is not available in that time slot don't expect service from them....

I had prob of cooling in fridge called customer care and they sent engg, he changed art and took money but prob was not resolved so i caled again and again but he is not answering my calls. Today again i caled customer care he is saying some other rob of gas choking... Idont understand... No body is bothering... Not gud......

I registered complaint of noise while drying of clothes in WM on 04.04.2017.
Machine taken over to work shop and returned on 11.04.17, charged Rs 1465/ and cartage of Rs.500. When I used the machine on 12.04.17 the water intake was not working and overflowing.
I called to work shop, but not responded then I registered complaint again on 21.04.17. service engineer attended the call on 24.04.17 and turned back to send his senior....

Please note that i have purchased a whirpool white AC and the customer services is not at all helpful. Now everyone is just a trouble for me. I don't need any help and i don't have the energy to explain anything.

The piece was defective. While taking money they took the payment instantly and did everything in 24 hours and now everyone is trying to explain me the procedures and saying it will take 10-20...

Microwave oven purchased 2 years back is now not working.and i complainted to our local distributer days back and no reply so far...

We noticed that the cooling has stopped since last two days and hence got in touch with the service center. The technician said that the compressor has to be replaced.

We were told at the time of purchase that it had 10 years warranty. Now the technician...

Bought a whirlpool Refrigerator 7 Months Back it was an Protton One, All of Sudden the refrigerator Stopped working, registered a complaint as it was under warranty, service engineer is confused with the problem, says may be compressor is damaged and require additional days to ask it from the head office. no sure answer from engineer, very bad service, imagine in torching heat of May above 40 deg without a refrigerator.

HI, This is Mir Zamin Hussain . I raised a ticket with whirlphool customer care to service my my water purifier .
Technician visited and suggested with 2 options

1) All the filters to be replace
Or
2) exchange and go with the new model.

I preferred to go with the exchange option and requested technicely engineer to go withthe new model

This is regarding the whirlpool products 1.0 ton fantasia a/c which we bought on[protected]

Its just been 2 months we took the a/c's from rahi electronics, goregoan, mumbai and both the a/c's are not working

When we raise the complaint to whirlpool they will send someone to check and they will leave the place immediately taking signature and no response from them after this, we bought this...

What the hell is wrong?
I have purchased Whirlpool 1 ton 5 star window AC via Amazon and was delivered in time. I have placed a Service request for installated and demo on 3rd May 2017 and executive assured that product will be installed within 24 hours. So far nobody has contacted, no update, poor quality of response/ service

Fridge is not working from the day i bought (29-apr-2017). With complain service request number: bg[protected] satisfaction code: 526.

Regarding to this service no. Technician from whirpool have tested fridge nd found there is defect in compressor. So technican to he will replace it soon but til now i have not receve any call or information from whirpool customercare

When will i get a replacemt?...

We bought whirlpool proton 240 litres refrigerator on 20th Apr'17. It was working fine till 25th Apr, only for 4 days.. after which the fridge stopped cooling.. we raised the issue immediately and a technician called us and asked us to send some snapshots on whatsapp. He told us the refrigerator will be replaced with new one. I Had bought Split AC on 22/04/2017 but after several follow up my AC is not yet installed. Complaint No HR[protected]. yesterday i had wasted approx 4 hour time to chat with customer support team & Sr. Adviser Puneet but their is no solution and till now i had not received any call from service center also for AC installation.

I had purchased a refrigerator from whirlpool abt 5yrs back which broke down 2 months ago. The service people after a lot of shouting from my side said that it was only worth rs 1500 as cap now...customers beware do not even think of buying such products.. gokulapalan trivandrum kerala...

Till 30/03/2017 it was working fine.
I was very impressed and recommend to my 2-3 friends to purchase same and they purchased.

But from last 15 days what happened to me was a very pathetic experience from company...

My AC was taken for a compressor change in the evening on 21st April with an assurance that within one day it will be changed and sent. It is now the afternoon of 23rd April, after many followups no action or status has been received. on 22nd after 1500 hours the service engineer said it was being tested.
