I bought a whirlpool fully automatic top loading washing machine. The machine stopped working and i immediately called the customer care to ensure that there is no other problem in the machine. The customer care guy came and checked. He found that the fault is because of the problem in the electric switch. For this, he is charging 140 inr. I was contacted by whirlpool company to inform me that warranty period of my triple door refrigerator will be over in the month of march 2017 and they suggested me to go for one year amc by paying an amt of 3140 inr. My washing machine inlet valve needed a repair.

On initial enquiry at raghuveer enterprise it was told rs. 300 for valve and rs 450 towards visiting charge.

However on visiting, i was charged rs. 2060/-.

On further enquiry i was refunded rs. 540/-.

Now i am charged rs 1460/-.

The point is that i was initially given quote of rs. 750/- and i have paid double the amount.br...

I have raised the complaint on 14july for the refrigrator issues. It was related to compressor issue.
I am following up daily but still after 15days, the problem has not been attended and resolved.
There is a limit to this, how many months do you require to fix the issue of compressor. This is the height of casualness and empathy to the customers.
Sometimes even customer care put the call on hold and disappears or nobody...
