I ordered a jacket from woodland onlyn
As I got I found it's large to me .on tht tym I go for returns .after so many calls n email I didn't get any response.nobody is attending the call nor they. R replying on email
Plz help me out...

I received used product from the company highly disappointed. This was never expected from a brand.
I quickly within minutes, requested to initiate the return and provided pictures and invoice copy. Despite this no meaningful response from woodland. Its been more than 12 days now but I am still struggling for a proper response.

We have purchased woodland LWR 36B Ladies F/S Front open Sweat Shirt from Woodland Showroom Gumanpura Kota Rajasthan. Shirt have developed bubbles on whole Sweatshirt with in two days.

It should be returned back n refund amount as per credentials of woodland company....

Return initiated on 16th January and after so many follow up, someone called & informed, it will be picked up in 2-3 days, but still action taken....

I purchased Woodland's jacket on 6th December 2022 from Sundernagar (Mandi HP) Woodland store
I must have only worn it 2 or 3 times
And I just haven't washed her once
And its threads have started to come out
I told him at the Sundernagar Woodland store where I had purchased and his employee said that sir we will send it back to the company
I then took off the jacket and gave it to him to return

and now i neither have the shoe nor the amount refunded back on my account for the ordered product....

But they have neither updated my order status nor given despatch details. Despite of my phone call regarding the same they only ask for 24 -48hrs but doest resolve the issue.

They sent an incorrect size and return policy is trash! They sent a mail saying to send a courier to an address in Delhi. So I went to Indiranagar outlet in Bengaluru and they said it needs to be sent to Headquarters in Delhi. Till now no response….. money wasted....

I brought your woodland sandal on oct 04 2021 .. I will used few days sandal belt will be broken . I will complaint lulu woodland showroom kochi . They will take service and get after 30 days .. A few days before another belt is broken and emblom is peeled .. I am not in rough use.. I will complaint the showroom they will ask maximum belt is gumming is possible .. I bought a jacket of woodland for woodland online store 2 days back. Now I want to return it they have clearly return on their site one can return product my doing email them. But they are not responding.
I called them as well there also I got no response.
It's a fraud....

I have purchased a sweater, jacket and jeans on[protected] at 16.42pm with invoice no 202106N241c00966 amount rs 17129.

The sweater got itself damaged at some places and told the store at karnal, Haryana to replace it.

They have taken the green color sweater and told it will be replaced.

But now they are asking for the bill which I don't find after one month.
