I have canceled my order. Order id 33606858 i got mail‎ that refund has been initiated but still i could not see refund in my account. Its been more than a month. I have read the policy that if the payment is done online via debit/credit card refund will be done in 21 days. But its more than a month i did not see any activity. I got message also were request id is 2980042. Also, no body is responding to calls nor there is any way to reach...

I have submitted an order 33691434 at Yepme.com on 24th May 2017 and paid for the same online. The order was supposed to be delivered on 30th May however it was not delivered. I tried calling the customer care multiple times but there is no response. I checked the status of the order on-line it is showing as pending verification for the past one week. I have already paid for the order and I am concerned if the order will ever get delivered....

This is with reference to my order no 33605412 which was prepaid via online, i returned partially and send 2 articles immediately and same is received from your side also but i didnt receive my refund till now.
Now as per your refund policy i shld have recd the same in 15 days and its more than 25 days now.
I would want to have status update and immediate refund of my money.

I had placed and order pricing rs 3158/-which was transferred online to yu... Later i got a msg saying the order is cancelled due to the items are out of stock nd also mentioned tat the refund vl be initiated... I have ordered for a pair of Yepme Bolt Sports Shoes - Blue and yellow. Order ID NO.33606646 . But, they expressed their inability to supply the same for the reason "the requested products are out of stock" vide their e-mail to me on 07/05/2017. They also advised me that I would be refunded my money of Rs.240/- within 7 days. But, till date I have not been refunded my money. Please help....

My order number 33655020 has been cancelled due to overwhelming response of the product on 14 may 2017. I paid online but my money has not been refunded yet. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Rupees 618 are to be refunded. This was my first yep me shopping and experience was really very bad and if money is not refunded i will definitely take action against yepme online store....

It's been about 6 months from the day when yepme cancelled my order without any specific purpose.
They didn't give me any refund about that so is this the policy of the yepme?
Is this how they treat their customers?
So now i am thinking that i should go to consumers forum to get rid of this problem and to teach a lesson to this dishonest business companies...

Hello, I have purchased a footwear "Yepme Casual Chiku Shoes" on 6th of May 2017 by online payment using my AXIS bank debit card, thinking I would receive the product within 4-5 days. Even after 6 days your website was showing the product has not yet been dispatched. So I made a cancellation request for the same item on 12th May 2017. So far I have not yet received my refund into my account as it has already been 10-14 days nor your customer...

My order was rejected under payment unsuccessful. Wherein as checked from paytm my amount was successfully credited to yepme.

Earlier they as merchant on paytm cancelled by my order under "out of stock".

There customer support is also not responsive on consumers issues....

I had ordered for a 2 pairs for a shoe they made me wait for 10 days n after that they tell they can't dispatch it because they don't have a couriers.
So I was okay then they tell me they have made a process order for refund but it has been 10+ days I have not received any refund uptil now I am pissed off..
Their customer contact number no representative picksup the call u have to wait for infinity..
