placed an order on 6th September. My order got split 3 times with different sub order id.

Some item was missing and some item i have returned to yepme. Till date i have not received refund of all. I called 6 to 7 time. Each time it cost 100 minimum. While...

Approx 2 months are gone...after reached my product in there warehouse but I still didn't receive my both refund amount yet I call yepme customers care many time. every time they told me that some issue accure in our payment gateway so you will receive your both refund within 2 days but I didn't get anything now... I am so hipper or frustrated so much I need my refund...

Still they Did not get my Money.
i had called so many times as well as email.

Order id. 32888559 dt. 26/11/16 has been rejected on account of payment failure. This is not true. I have made payment through mobiwik wallet and the transaction id is hmbk[protected] dt.26/11/16. For rs.1225/-. The said amount has been deducted from my bank (Sbi).
What is my fault? I have paid the amount and the amount has been deducted from my account. Why the order has been cancelled for no fault of mine. I am in urgent...

First time I have used YEP ME services and I founded its worst. I have ordered a product (order ID[protected] and when I got that, that was damaged immediately I have registered the complaint (complaint no[protected]and that customer care executive said me that our filed boy will collect the same by tomorrow after 12:00 PM.
No one came for picking damaged product. I got a mail from YEP ME that we are to providing...

Tracking no[protected] is not reached on my given address as it has to reach by 26th of November... Kindly inform me the reason of not getting consignment on the given date. I have confirmed order on 18th of November but via tracking I cannot receive it's updating because it is not updated. So I am regretted. Please help me.. I will be highly gratitude....

My order id is 32164201 which was placed on sep 8 and my order was picked up on sep 14 as i had asked them for a refund due to size issue. It has been 2 months my refund is still pending. Yepme what are you people upto? Are you in losses thats why you are not refunding my money stuck with you past 2 months... Let...

I had tried several times to contact the customer service of Yepme via mail and also over phone, but unsuccessful every single time, nor is anybody responding to my mails. I have not received my refund for the order 32466875 which has been cancelled by Yepme itself since October17th. Following which I had received a mail saying refund will be initiated, whereas no more mails nor any refund was initiated. Look in to the matter and update me...

WORST experience with yepme.com....

My order no is 32600739 . already payed amount online . but it has been cancelled by yours on 24 th October & i also got refund confirmation email from u. But till now i did not got refund. Its very very bad. & i am calling customer care but it is not connecting.and email no responce . wrost service from yepme. So i request u to solve this and provide me refund of 212 rupees....

i have tried to contact them at their chargeable customer care number, after a long time the received the call and after listning my problem, they asked me to hold for a while and they use...

On 29 sept.16 i order 1 product (consignment no. ao[protected]in), the product was receive on 9 oct. at nsh imphal. and when i asked to imphal post office staff they told that product has been send back. they didn't contact or inform me even the product is received to them. atleast they must inform me or call me saying that 'your product has receive kindly collect it from imphal post office "...
