Total Payment of Rs 1784 made in advance thru credit card
Only item no 2 received so far.
Received intimation from Zotezo email dated 5th Feb 2016, that the remaining 2...

I placed the order on 17 Jan 16, and today is 18 Feb.
I haven't received the delivery of the item till date nor any communication regarding dispatch/delivery details has been made to me.

I have ordered a product and detail of which is:
1. Ordered a product on Zotezo. com
2. Booking date and cash paid: January 26, 2016.

However, dispatch and delivery of said product is not yet initiated,
The said problem is always existing with the company and on call...

The company is sending product which was manufactured in 2012 where as I have purchased it on Jan 2016. Tired to call on customer care number more then 10 times during day that too between 10 - 6pm but no respond.. I wanted to complain regarding the complain for sending me the dead stock without bringing into my notice.
Request you to look into the matter..

No response from the company, product still showing as under process.
The customer care no. is only to leave voice message, no one replies to the mails also sent earlier.
A fraud company...

My order - #[protected] which I placed on 18th Jan 2016 has not yet been acknowledged with status as 'processing' .
There has not been any response from customer care after multiple complaints. The site doesn't provide an option to cancel the order either. It seems like a fraud company....

I paid through payubiz to zotezo for placing order for Rs.228.00. now zotezo says they did not receive money from payubiz. but payubiz says they paid the money and your money is with zotezo. I don't know who is fraudulent....

Hello Sir/Madam, I have purchased a philips iron from zotezo.com on 27th Dec 2015. I have done the payment of Rs749/- for the same. my order number is #[protected]. Everytime i call the company says it will shipped shortly. Now its 15 days over still on tracking it shows my oder is in process. Company promised me to ship it on 2nd of Jan. then on 4th of Jan. then on 6th of Jan. then they said shortly shipped....

My order ID with zotezo.com is[protected]. However to date they have not honoured the order nor replied to my complaints. It seems it is a fake site which is defrauding people. Beware....

From the add given in a national newspaper, I had ordered blood pressure apparatus online from Zotezo.com on 18th november 2015. On non delivery of the product for 2 weeks, I wrote mails to the customer care and also called the customer care services, but did not receive any response. My order no is #[protected]...

I was a regular buyer on Zotezo.com, and I thought they might take time but still resolve all issues order. I used to coordinate with Neeraj Tiwari (Snr Supply Chain[protected] but he wasted months of time and now they don't even care to respond. made an online purchase with Zotezo for fitness product on 26th Nov 2015 worth Rs.2, 727 and it was showing to be delivered with 9 days but there is no updates nor message from Zotezo on the products. It is still showing as in the "Processing stage". I tried to reach the customer care but it always goes to voicemail and though VM is left they never return the call. So, I sent emails to their helpdesk and the sales dept but they have not responded...

When I made the order in their site, it was showing error in transaction. But a successful transaction mail came to my inbox and the money was deducted from bank account. The call center of zotezo.com informed me on 8th Nov about the success of the order and confirmed that I will receive the items by 48 hours. Till now I haven't received it.
