Body of complaint letter sent on 11th Dec.'13 to Consumerlaw :-

First I have paid on 20.10.2013 Rs 599/- against Nokia Lumia 920 mobile contest in 100bestbuy.com after 3-4 days Company Called me and informed me that if i will pay Rs 7999/- then they will send me the products iball-6318i tablet with a free wrist watch and samsung galaxy S4 mobile with free deal coupon, then after they told me that in 6 to 7 days, you will get desired product. Amount will be 100% cash back. I have received the iball tablet and a wrist watch but not the mobile in contest.
Also, I purchased 1-Lee Women Black Jeans (97899) for Rs 1103/- with Ref.No. 27768576 against credit points 8598 and 2 Dark Grey-Black Sweatshirts for Rs 1188/- on 24/11/2013 where I paid additionally Rs.45/- and 1-Levis Men 511 Blue Jeans for 1028 with Ref.No. 27854764 which I paid via my credit card no. [protected] on 28/11/13. Today almost 13 days have been passed and still i did not received the product and company is not calling me nor reverting the mails I sent them on 27/11/2013 and 05/12/2013 to know the status. I am being harrased by 100 Best Buy Telecallers when I call to know the status of my order or disconnect my call. My register mobile no. – [protected],
All product’s mentioned below not received till date :
1. 1-Lee Women Black Jeans (97899)
2. 2 Dark Grey-Black Sweatshirts
3. 1-Levis Men 511 Blue Jeans
