1mg — 1 mg is refusing to delete my account information and sending spams on my email and sms

Dear Sir,

I have registered my personal information with 1mg website for the purpose of purchasing medicine. However, I could not make a successful transaction for a valid reason and two of my last transactions were canceled by the company.

Now even after repeated request to delete my account information from their database, they are not willing to delete and I keep receiving annoying 1mg promotional emails and sms.

my request raised on 27th Feb 2017 and ticket number is 139725

Plz help me in this case that they do not sell or keep my personal information against my will.
