1mg — Web app not registering order but taking payment

Twice I have tried to order medicines on the web app and paid for the order - on both occasions I have paid for the meds and for renewal of my care membership. However, the payment is being accepted but the order of the medicines is not being registered and shows pending in the shopping cart despite payment being accepted. Strangely the payment amount for renewal of membership is being deducted from the total and only the payment for the medicines is showing up in the shopping cart. When I complain to the chat agent I am informed that I will get a refund and there is a problem with Paytm payment gateway and that I should use another mode of payment- even more atrocious is that when I informed the chat agent that I do not use Paytm she insisted that my payment was made through Paytm!!! When I insisted that I did not use Paytm she said the payment gateway I used may have got connected tothe Paytm gateway!!! I am left speechless and totally disgusted with the online service. The worst part is that there is no way you can talk to a customer care representative to lodge a complaint leaving the customer frustrated and helpless!!!
