I am filing a complaint against 1win regarding a withdrawal issue that has remained unresolved for more than 25 days.
I requested a withdrawal from my 1win account on 4th may 2026. The transaction was initially processed, but I never received the funds in my bank account. After contacting customer support multiple times, I was informed that the withdrawal had been rejected and that the funds were returned to my game balance.
However, the funds are not visible in my game balance, and I have not received them in my bank account either. Despite repeated follow-ups, 1win support has failed to provide a clear explanation, transaction proof, or a timeline for resolution. I continue to receive generic responses without any actual investigation or solution.
As a customer, I am extremely concerned that my money is currently unaccounted for. I request that 1win immediately investigate this matter and either:
1. Credit the funds back to my game balance, or
2. Successfully transfer the funds to my bank account.
I also request a written explanation and proof of where the funds are currently located.
This prolonged delay and lack of transparency are unacceptable. I am seeking urgent assistance to recover my funds and resolve this matter.
