[Resolved]  1win — My Experience with 1win Deposit Issue Still Unresolved

On 24 August 2026, I made a deposit of approximately ₹30, 000 to the 1win platform. The transaction was marked as successful by my bank, but my issue with the platform remains unresolved.

I have contacted support and shared the available payment details and bank correspondence. However, I have not received a refund, and I have not received satisfactory proof explaining the alleged payment failure or what happened to my money.

I am disappointed with the way this issue has been handled. I request a clear, written explanation of the transaction status and the resolution of my complaint.

As of the date of this review, my issue remains unresolved.
