[Resolved]  1win — Tournament winning Apple pack value around Rs 530000

In the month of November 2025, where I joined a tournament name SPIN @ WIN and the period of tournament start from 24/11/2025 to 24/12/2025, also took 2nd place and win Apple Pack value around Rs 530000. According to tournament guidelines when the winners will receive the winnings and clearly mentioned in it . But unfortunately 7/8 months taken by support team no winning receive till today. When I asking about my tournament winning to support team of 1win, they always provide me same kind of response like WAIT, FORWARDED, REVIEWING, RE HIGHLIGHTED my request, CALL WILL COME FROM RESPECTIVE TEAM, TEAM IS WORKING ON MY ISSUE these are the only update from support team of 1win no any other informations given to me regarding my tournament winning. My kyc verification successfully approved by them almost 3 months before even they raised a request number which was Appeal number SL2SD-42420 and this appeal number I got from support team 6 months before. Still I don't get any response or any other updates receive from 1win support team. My vip manager always provide me assurance that I will surely receive my winnings after taking 7/8 months same kind of response given to me and I have all the evidence like what they exactly said to me when I asking about my tournament winning.
