[Resolved] 1win — Money is debited from saving account but not updated at 1Win app

Dear ALL
I am writing here due to having a serious concern of money fraud. I have transferred 12000 rs on date 4th sept 2026 and 10000 rs on date 2nd September but the money is not credited on the application, the amount has been debited from the saving account.

I have submitted compliant and the complaint numbers are SPP-1623669 and SPP-1586659.

Customer care not able to resolve my issue.
please look into this and resolve the issue earliest.

I did not get my money to the application but the complaint which is i raised is showing resolved.

1win customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
