My gaming id[protected], and I want to inform you that there are 4 tournament winnings which is still pending from 1win gaming platform and I am from India according to them my kyc is successfully approved by them. After all this, still I don't get find any solutions from 1win team members. 7 months they already taken but each and every day I contact with 1win team members like chat box, vip manager, support mail ID and also security 1win mail ID. I don't receive proper informations about my tournament winnings. I have the complete evidence from the day 1 to till today. They are always provide false information, misguide from day 1 and still it's continue running.
1st tournament winning Apple pack around Rs 500000
2nd tournament winning cash amount Rs 90000
3rd tournament winning cash amount Rs 20000
4th tournament winning Sony WH1000XM5 around Rs 25000
These are the winnings and I don't get any solution after taking 7 months. A request number is given to me by chat support which is Appeal no SL2SD-42420 and this request is already taken more than 4 months I think still nothing receive at all.. please guide me in a right way... Also 26/11/2025, I made a deposit amount of Rs 20000 after providing bank account statement, transaction successful receipt and screen record of this deposit to support team this deposit not to get credit to my gaming account.. Thank you..
