1win — Deposit not credited from 3 months

This is my game id[protected] i deposit on 2 feburary and it was an internal bank transfer because in Indian banks if we send money to same bank account it automatically generate 13 digit utr so I am complainting 1win from 3 months they are doing fraud and scamming with me they are giving me lame reason to activate this utr it is not accepting on deposit page because it was 13 digit i told 1 win that please credit my deposit manually and now the merchant account is closed they looted my money and giving me the same reason from 3 months activate the utr they are scammers I hate 1win also i gave every proof of bank to 1 win
