I submitted my complaint against 1win / MFI Investments Ltd on 19 May 2026.
Important: I have NOT received any ADR case number from Curaçao yet. I am submitting evidence and requesting case registration.
Total amount owed by 1win: ₹7, 35, 000 = €8, 176.69
Debt Breakdown:
A. 1win Appeal SL2SD-42420 - Unpaid for 210 days:
1. Tournament 1: 2nd Place - Apple Pack prize
2. Tournament 2: 1st Place - Cash winning ₹90, 000
3. Tournament 3: 10th Place - Cash amount ₹20, 000
Subtotal SL2SD-42420: ₹6, 90, 000 = €7, 675.79
B. Additional unpaid items:
4. Tournament 4: Prize position - Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones, value ₹25, 000 = €278.28
5. Missing Deposit: 26 November 2025, ₹20, 000 = €222.62 debited from bank but not credited to 1win account
Key facts:
1. December 2024: 1win issued Appeal no SL2SD-42420 acknowledging my 3 tournament winnings
2. 20 May 2026: After 210 days, 1win has provided NO solution, NO payment, NO update to SL2SD-42420
3. Sony WH-1000XM5 prize won but never shipped
4. ₹20, 000 deposit missing despite successful bank debit on 26/11/2025
5. I made 55+ contact attempts to 1win with no resolution
This shows breach of:
- Curaçao LOK Article 3.12 - timely payment of winnings
- Curaçao LOK Article 3.8 - protection of player funds
- 1win T&C 9.1.3 - prizes paid within 30 days

I have received no resolution from 1win for 7 months. ADR is my final option.
