I am filing a complaint against 1win regarding a withdrawal issue that has not been resolved despite multiple contacts with their support and security teams.
My 1win ID is[protected].
I had already completed KYC verification in the past and successfully made 3–4 withdrawals from my account. Later, when I tried to make another withdrawal, the system suddenly asked me to complete KYCAID verification again.
I contacted the security team and completed the KYCAID verification process. My verification was approved, and the security team informed me by email that my account was working normally and that withdrawals were available again.
However, when I log into my account and click the Withdraw button, I immediately receive the following error:
"The data failed to be verified. The KYCAID service has failed to confirm your documents."
Because of this error, I cannot access the withdrawal section or withdraw my funds.
I have already followed all troubleshooting steps suggested by 1win, including clearing browser cache, trying different browsers and devices, disabling extensions, and using alternative website links. The issue still persists.
I have contacted support and security multiple times and provided screenshots and video evidence. Despite being told that withdrawals are enabled, the website continues to block access to withdrawals.
I request that 1win investigate this issue, correct the KYC verification status on my account, and restore access to withdrawals or provide an alternative way to withdraw my funds.
