I have been experiencing a serious problem with my withdrawals on 1win since 29 April 2026. My gaming ID on 1win is[protected]. From 29 April onwards, every time I try to withdraw, my withdrawal goes into pending status and is not completed. I even cancelled my withdrawal requests and placed them again, but the money still did not arrive.
After these unsuccessful attempts, I again requested withdrawals on 11 May 2026 for 5, 000 INR and on 13 May 2026 for 10, 000 INR. These withdrawals are also still pending and have not been paid out to me.
I contacted 1win customer support and they sent me a link for account verification. I completed this verification as requested, but even after that my withdrawal problem was not resolved and the status of my withdrawals did not change.
I request that all my pending withdrawals since 29 April 2026 under my gaming ID[protected], including the 5, 000 INR and 10, 000 INR requests on 11 and 13 May 2026, be urgently reviewed, that I am informed clearly about the reason for these constant pending statuses, and that my total winnings be paid to me without any further delay Was this information helpful? |
