Am member of 25 chutti.com. my membership id is 79924.
I have taken membership on 26th December at Raghuleela mall kanadivli branch. There are 3 sales person involved I do not remember name of all but their boss name was Mr. OM Lahoti.
now when I called customer care they say it is not reflecting in system and not under your membership you need to take upgraded membership for that.
I have trusted company and sales team that was my biggest mistake. they have even do not allow us to take paper where they have explained & written services and promotional offer to me & my husband. they said we require this for filing. you will get everything in welcome kit.. it has been 15days I have not received any welcome kit. sales person do not pick up phone.
when I called customer care, person told me you write a mail to listing down all things committed to you by sales person.
Following features / offers committed to us by sales team (Mr. Om Lahoti)
1) 6N&8 Days any domestic package inclusion everything flight tickets, food, & private car. which we can avail any time during my membership period. no compulsion to avail this year. They will help to book additional two tickets for my children in discounted rate.
from their book let (Kashmir, Andaman & nikobar, Shimla here were 7 to 8 packages they shown)
2) 4N/5 day package for 5 years in = 3* hotels which includes breakfast & lunch or dinner & private car. I can accommodate less than 12 year 2 children with us without any additional charges if I do not demand for extra bed.
3) You do not have any travel restrictions you can go any day among 365 day in year. you have to just book 25 or 30 days advanced.
4) If place is not available their listed location we can get booking from tied up hotels for which we have to pay nominal amount which can be very 500 to 1000 depending upon hotel.
5) they will plan our entire itinerary and help us for air booking in discounted rate.
6) You do not have to pay additional if you gift holidays to friend or relatives or they accompany you.
7) you do not have to pay maintenance charges if you are not availing holidays in that year. You have to pay it only year when you avail your holidays.
8) They have given us 2N/3D stay to attend presentation and said if you take membership any condition mentioned in voucher is not applicable to you. I will arrange lonavala trip for you from tied up hotel.

After becoming member when I feel sales person behaviour suspicious when I talked with customer care they said system does not reflect what you
She said go to branch and ask sales person to update same in system.
I am feeling like cheated and wish to file FIR for cheating and unethical business done by your company. I want to cancel my membership and want my money back. I do not want to continue relationship with the company which is not ethical.
After personally visiting and dog like followup still they have not updated services in portal and today they have emailed me MOU in which one clause is written do not trust sales person verbal promises, ...
they have fooled me... I want to warn all people do not deal with them they are liars cheater and not doing ethical business...
