I had subscribed for Femina(fortnightly) and Knowledge(bimonthly) at the Times Woman exhibition on 12. 2. 2011 and I have not yet received a single issue till date. Inspite of repeatedly calling the Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd helpline and being promised my issues within a week, not a single copy has reached me...
I had subscribed to Femina, Good Homes and Topgear magazines in the month of April 2010. My subscription was to begin from the month of June. I received my Good Homes and Top Gear copies for the month of June but did not receive any copies of Femina. When I called up the customer care somewhere in mid- July to enquire about my subscription copies, they promised to send me the June copies in the month of July... yrs subscription of Femina Magazine with Indiatimes and had paid for this order upfront on Oct 19, 2010. Alongwith, this order I was supposed to receive an limited edition travel bag worth Rs. 3,000.
As per information from the customer support of Indiatimes, I was told on Oct 19, that I would receive the first issue of femina starting from November 2010 and alongwith the first edition, I would also receive my gift... Femina — change of address (complaint)

I have not received any maganizes for Jan 10 & have called them 8-9 time. Everytime response is , we will get this deliver in 2 days & we will confirm with you receipt ot not ? i have subscribed for femina hindi vide CID 25863770. the issue is going to renew after jan'10, but i had started receiving subscription from April'09. in the said period too i did not receive May subscription. i had a talk with the courier person who too agreed that there was a problem in the subscriptions for the month Feb'09 and March'09 which were not received by me... have subscribed for Femina magazines for 5 year via Sify Shopping with s[protected]m.
But form the past 3 months, I'm not receiving the magazines at all.
