I am an account holder of SBT, pathirapally branch,kerala (A/c no:[protected]). For the last few days i am trying to withdraw my balance amount but was unable to process as my account was blocked. I have not drawn any extra money which is clear from my pass book and ATM statement. But they say that my balance is negative and i have drawn extra of Rs 7500/- from my account... I opened an A/c with SBT (Flower Valley Branch, Thane) and would like to share with you some of my bitter experiences with them. I opened my A/c in the month of Oct'09 and till date have not received my ATM and Debit card from them. Actually I am using sbt atm card and 17-Oct-2009 i was withdrawing Rs. 1,500 from corporation bank atm at eldeco high way plaza Raibareilly road lucknow in lucknow Machine through sbt atm card but atm show the error and i can't receive money and due to necessety of money i repeat this process again but the result is same... submitted and rejected by SBT

I am a Customer of SBT, Nerul branch. The customer care department is very very poor. The number which is given in contact no. [protected] is of SBI.
