I purchased a yo bike from Sandhya Auto, Near Mundra Petrol pump, Bhilwara (Raj. ) at 27/06/2008 . The dealer said, if any problems occured the techicians would come that place and repair it. The vehicle has so many problems from that days. i have many problems with the battery and the starting problem, i was told that once battery was full charged then the bike must travel upto 60 km but it only travels only 20 to 25 km and the bike does not starts properly and having the starting problem... when I go to service center of yo bike then service engineer says this charger is not repairable so you can purchase of this charger is newly one.
Dealer of yobikes is committed to me, all parts is repairable at the time of purchase.

THE COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING NO SERVICE POINT & GIVING THE SSERVICE AUTHORITY TO SUCH AGENCIES WHO DO NOT TAKE THEIR TASK SERIOUSLY. yo bike ko pichhle vars hi kharida tha. mahoday do mahine bad hi eske avreg me kafi giravat aai karib ek bar charg karne par 30 km hi chal pati thi. eski shikayat ashis yo bike bilaspur (c g) se ki tin mahine uprant mere shikayat per amal kiya gaya. kuchh had tak shikayat dur ki gai. parantu oct 2010 se punah avreg 27 km ek bar charg karane par chal pa rahi hai... am the owner of the Yo bike since last 4 years and my experience is very pathetic.
About 8 months back I purchased a battery from your Nagpur Dealer M/s. Nandkishor and sons at a cpost of Rs. 8000 and within 3 months it started giving me trouble and giving average of only 15 kms. When I complain to the dealer he strarted blaming me and said that bike has to be sent every month for servicing and battery has to be discharge totally and agin has to be charged... I bought the Yo bike 'Yo Speed" model from m/s SANJEE YO BYKES, BELLARY in September (1st week)2009. I am finding it very difficult to get the spare parts from your dealer here. Its past THREE months since my CONTROLLER is spoilt. In Bangalore where I purchased the scooter from yo bike, from the begining there was problem after problem. The dealer was at a remote place which is beyond the range of the scooter. i had purchse yo bike almost 3 yr after the purchses yo bike i am very disappointed after purchase yo bike. company says that his battery back up is more then 60 km but after pur the bike i knew that this battery back up is maximum 35 km per charge, many time i complend that his back up is very week but no body is remove my problem after 1 and 1/2 yr i had pur new battery i dont know where is service centre in patna becouse every time service centre is changed...
