Unitech is very good in making showhom, but when it comes to the real execution of project, they totally lack the imgaination and common sense. They are also very insensitive towards the consumers request and sentiments. They charges premium for their flats, but they do not deserve it. As your fixed deposit with Unitech Fixed Deposit was for a period of 1 year they must have deducted the TDS on the interest.
