He said your plan is 497 jalsa pack. It is for one month only after a month it will be 397. Now situation is that i am cheking with rcom website. There is no 4g data free given with the given pack. Only 2g data is given.
O there is cheating case i want clarification from reliance communication... to tell about your jalsa plan to any one else as your service and spoke person are not good enough to take care the incidents.

told me sir the 599 jalsa plan was wrongly activated on your number and we will activate unlimited plan on your number within 2 days and when i called him after 2 days he again said there was a holiday, give me 2 more days. Again i waited for 2 days more and he continued telling me this till 7 days and at last he stopped receiving my calls... other number offering jalsa 599 which has the same features of jalsa 498 which i have now. Reliance is adding more customers to fleece their amount too, without providing service to the older customers.

I called customer during inquiry about this customer care guy kept in hold and disconnected the call. Please have some respect towards your customer. The plan given to me was jalsa998 with a validity of 24 months with the benefits - unlimited voice calls, unlimited data & unlimited sms's.
The plan was offered to me with 50% discount rental i. E. 572rs. With taxes.
Just after a month, on 18 march 2016 reliance has blocked my services with withdrawing the plan saying its not applicable to me contradicting to 24 months commitment which was given at the time of porting in reliance services... came to know that 599 Jalsa plan has been activated.
Immediately I spoke to your nodal officer Mr. Anees and explain the matter, he logged the complaint and provided me the complaint number[protected] and asked me to wait for 5 days and he told that billing team will change the plan and call me back... promised me to give Jalsa Plan 599/- if i pay my bill of 1313/-, i paid the bill but again my next bill of more than 1185/- came, i am really annoyed with this pathetic service of customer care and the service provider... | |
