My Daughter Born In 7th March 2021 in Fauziya Hospital.I buy Your Product on 7th March 21.I was feeding similac advance to my new born baby.My Daughter Was In Fever.After open the pack i found the milk power has Smelling Bad And Colour is Different medical Shopkeeper Said We Are Not Responsible For This .

Who is responsible for Baby Food quality.I Want compensation

With reference to the captioned subject i would like to draw your kind attention that i have purchased 3 unit of the similac iq1 from Aliganj medicine mall Lucknow. While i use the 2nd one it was smelling very badly like burnt leather or something like that. I submitted the same to the chemist after cross checking by owner itself of that chemist. I am very worried about my child health due to this feed my child is suffering from vomitting and black stool.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange for authorized person to visit that chemist and check what's the problem with that can of formula feed.
As i have deposited the can with chemist.

Dear Sir/Madam
My son is suffering from hyperthyroid and advised neo mercozol 70 mg. I went to buy 20 mg bottle and 10, mg bottle. To my surprise 10 mg is of Rs.484/- for 120 tablets and 20 mg bottle is of Rs.1403/- for 120 tablets. Why its overpriced? Instead I buy 10 mg three bottles and I will get 360 tablets which is cheaper. Many have purchased it without seeing this huge difference. Its three times more than 10 mg tablets.

would you care to elaborate this price difference or just in the money making business and even on generic store this difference is same 10 mg is of Rs.363 and 20 mg of Rs.1100/-.

Kindly revert ASAP with logical explanation.

The back silver wrap of the tablet is not good at all as it is peeling off immediately and tablet are wasting a lot. So please look into this and change the silver wrap and ensure that seal is good . Because it wastes a lot of tablet.

My father was implanted pacemaker an year back in hitech city, maxcure hospitals

During my first visit, i was told that regular checkups can be done at home with additional fees.

When trying to plan a checkup near to my residence or at home due to covid 19 situations, the concerned incharge from your company is not giving proper information on their availability with hospitals.

First thing is he is not approachable with response.
Can you kindly see to it that our issues are answers with due courtesy.

I am from mumbai & have been using your optium xceed glucometer, but the strips for the same are very difficult to get as many say the strips have been stopped & the last strip box purchased was 100strips minimum with very less expiry date so not able to use it completely. 25 strips still available from the last purchase but can't be used as expired.
Also the reading of the meter is not same as the lab & have observed difference of 200 units. So not sure about the meters consistency.

In this lockdown as lab are closed & with strips unavailable & improper reading i am not able to track the diabetics of my sr. Citizen parents who are on insulin & intake which need to be adjusted on the measurements.
