I have purchased consecutively 4 tubes of cremagel from kolkata tollygunge market from different shops. It is mentioned on the pack that tube contains 30g material but in actual it will not be more than 15 gm. Most portion of tube is hollow & full with air.
The batch no. Are tmd 020, exp date 4/20 and tmd 053, exp 7/20 etc. Costing 143/-. If such costly ointment is provided with half quantity then customers will be betrayed heavily.
Such type of quality management by abbott is highly unexpected. Pl take suitable steps and will be grateful in receiving a feed back.

I would like to complain about this amoxyclav suspension which i bought for my daughter when i was on a holiday to india from united kingdom.
I found conflicting information about the concentration of the suspension. The front mentions 3.3 g in 30 mls but when i looked at the information about the constituents at the back it says every 5 mls contains 200mg of amoxicillin and 28.5 mg of clavulanic acid. So 30 mls will contain 1.371 g. So i was not sure what the actual content is?
Hence i did not use it. I am a doctor and hence able to spot this error which a common man might have missed.
This is a significant safety issue with a likelihood of causing harm due to incorrect dosing either causing toxic effects due to high dose or leading to the medicine being ineffective and can cause worsening of the infection for which it is used for. I would be grateful if you can take appropriate action.

I Dilip Kuma Shaw, Mobile No. [protected] on being advised by a pediatric physician of Marti Mangal Pratisthan Hospital I started feeding my new born child "Similac Advance Stage 1".
That on 26.06.2018 I purchased the Similac Advance Stage 1, having Batch No. 1016328( Mfg :24/05/2017, Xp 14/05/2019) in Tin container from a Medical shop namely Moulali Blue Print at 75, S. N. Banerjee Road, Kolkata -700014 having Drug Licence No. 9636S/9646SB under Invoie No. A-0011726 dated 26/06/18. After opening the Tin container and removal of the Tin Sheet Protection cover I took the milk out of the said container and mixed with lurking warm water in a Bottle Feeder and shaking it well a lot of foam was formed on the surface of milk which did not receded even after lapse of 15-20 minutes and when said milk was given to the child to suckle he did not had the same.
That I repeated the processes for number of times but the condition of the milk remain the same as stated above.. As such the child was gave brest feeding for the whole day. That on 28.06.2018 I purchased from another Medical shop namely Jeewan Jyoti the Similac Advance Stage 1 in Plastic container and on using the same I did not had the complaint as stated above.
I therefore seriously apprehend the Similac Advance Stage 1 product which I purchased from Moulali Blue Print is a dubious product which requires to be seriously look into so that the product can be replaced by the company.

Hi,
I wanted to raise a complaint against similac baby formula, product by abbott laboratories. I was feeding similac neo sure to my 5 month old baby & he usually consumes a can in 4 days;
Around 4 days back we got a new tin can for him, but he got ill next day.. Started vomiting after feeds & was refusing milk. We took him to his doctor & she prescribed medicines but he was getting worse, then we took him to the doc again after a day when he got fever, she prescribed more medicines but his condition didn't improve at all.

Yesterday we realised there was something wrong with his formula.
To our horror we found worm crawling in his formula can.. Product was sealed when brought & expiry is 2019, we never imagined something like this could happen. Upon internet search we realised few such cases has happened before.

Upon contacting the company they are saying it might be our fault, formula might have contaminated after opening. But how can a worm get so big in just 2 days?!
They said they will collect the can in 2 days for sample but upon reading other similar stories i doubt any action will be taken by them.

I am really disturbed & worried about the health of all the infants. It's a very serious matter. Even now my baby jst can't stop vomiting & his fever isn't going down.
(Even after getting new formula for him)

Now we have to take him to hospital at this hour of night 4:00 am. All of this started after we gave him food from that can.

I request you to plz check the quality of their baby formulas & especially those batches which expiry of 2019.

We have also used similac formula 1-6 months for our new baby . It’s was suggested by our doctor . It’s seems like a big scam . After feeding she is having stomach ace . We showed to doctor . They could not identify again we shifted to lactogen then she was better . We ignored . Agin when we bought new similac . She was crying with gas and stomach . For 5 days she had pain . We did not know what the issue is. I my self tasted, it’s really tasted bad . Again we shifted to lactogen . Now she is better . Shame on these people for playing with people lives .

I am a regular user of rejoint tablets for my arthritis and last month i have purchased 30 tablets from MEDPLUS pharmacy in hyderabad, this particular batch of tablets are all damaged, craked and crushedand broken, i have used one complete strip (10 tablets ) and all are damaged, I have approached phramacist he says that he does not know anything and would not take the product and remaining 20 tablets based on product compliant, the tablets are sticking to the tongue and foul smelling also.
