Past two years drink pediasure for three years son. Yesterday open a new pack but it get worst smell and expired...(They give offers pack in two packet with single pack.) My son didn't drink and vomited then I checked look like this. extra money and not good product....

Dear Sir, we are regular consumers of pediasure since last 6 years. 2 day back i bought a jar of pediasure chocklate flavour. It has a sour taste & fungus is found inside the packing. Your retailer son medical shop has refused to help. The details are below. Packed 10/12/2014 Mfg. 30/10/2014 B.No 46034 MN 1 MRP 525 BEST BEFORE 22/4/2016. West Bengal. Since the last 06 months, the company's Howrah Area Sales Representative Jayanta Amin ( Mobile: [protected]) has fraudently withheld a large amount Of Cash, collected after delivering my stock. Now he is neither paying up the money nor his Area Sales Manager, Shouvik Dutta( [protected]) is receiving my phone calls to assess and solve the dispute and grievance. The matter was progressing at a snails pace with the intervention of The Regional sales Manager Anindya Mazumdar ( [protected]) but today even he has asked me not to call him. Since 06 months i am suffering from false assurances from Shouvik Dutta that the matter will be solved soon.       I bought a Pediasure (Vanilla flavour) at the nearest shop before 2 weeks and while we fed this to my 5 year old daughter, she had a vomittng sensation. When we checked the product we sensed a decayed smell, whereas the expiry date mentioned on the box as 23/5/2015. We were using the product almost 4 years and as this is the first ever time we had this experience, I registered a complaint at [protected]@abbott.co.in with a detailed note on 7th Aug'14. Within couple of hours, we received a call from the company and we politely explained the complete scenario. They promised me that they would be sending their agents to check the product within 4 working day and will be replacing it with a new product. I told them that I would have replaced the product with the shopkeeper and the intention of registering the complaint is to find the root cause of the problem. I insisted to check if there is any possibility that someone might have overwritten the expiry date and being the product was consumed by children it would be too risky, but then the executive was unpolite and stated that there would be possibilities that the pack would have air loosed during transit or storage and they cannot do anything with it. I still reiterated them to make sure they bring in some control to avoid this in the future, but the executive never seems to be listening. Also, we did not had any dropped in to yet to check the product as they promised and the product was never been replaced since 7th Aug'14. We did not had any call back even which is entirely unpleasant. I now lost the trust with Pediasure and changed the health drink brand. Nevertheless, I wondering how a company that deals with infant food products be so irresponsible and does not have any courtesy to even check the product

        Dear Sir/Madam, I am Mahendra Purohit from Shiv Medical Store (Address: Ashadeep Apartment, LG corner, Maninagar, Ahmedabab, Gujarat, India). Sir, here I want to complaint for the misbehave by Abbott Company Representative Mr Alok Narayan (RSM). He visited at my medical store on April 1st Week and asked for a medicine, as that particular medicine was not available at that time I said that it will be available by tomorrow but then he started misbehaving with this matter that why you are not having the medicine. I requested him to talk in manner but he continued. Even he said that I can reject your medical license and seal the medical. Further, I told him that I will complaints this to Abbott but he argued that no one can do nothing to me. I am whole and sole of the company. Sir, here I request to please take strong action against the person ASAP or I will approach to Ahmedabad Medical Association. Hope for your early response.

          Sir in feb, sbi kataky pukhuri jorhat branch denied my application with the issue of not providing confirmation letter that if i m transferred, left job my employer will inform sbi. And in may, when i applied again through a different channel, they rejected my application with the issue of not having account of my guarantor in sbi. my guarantor is a LIC employee and provided all the documents said by SBI personnel. Sir, help me out why a private employee is always derived by SBI.

            I purchased Pediasure nutrition drink powder manufactured by Abbott. Manufacture date was 1/12/2011 and 25/5/2013. I purchased this product from Foodbazar of Bgbazar group. It is found very odd smell while opening the box . After inspecting it is found the powder was spoiled. It is children drink, I am surprised on this bad experience from quality manufacturer like Abbott.

              I had send this matter to the company email [protected]@abbott.co.in many times, but they didn't respond to it and nowadays they had blocked my email id. A failure notice comes to me whenever I send email to them. Please help us in sorting out this problem.

              A company named "Abbott Healthcare Pvt. Ltd" didn't reply to the underwritten mail send by me many times.

              Your product NKACIN has less quantity in each vial. It contains only 1 to 1.5 ml in each vial whereas on product it is printed as 2ml. In this way the company is cheating all the customers and doctors.

                sir, i bought a bottle of pediasure before 1 weak.when i open the bottle it got a bad smell from it.but i ignored that smell and i give it to my doughter.after some time she had suffered from stomache ache and decentary.i complaint it to the shop where i bought it.but they ignore my complaint and didnt take any actions regarding my complaint.they return back the bottle but didnt give another bottle.so our money is lost,please compensate us ,and take reasonable action regarding my complaint.

                  Dear Friends,

                  I have complaint about Pediasure product which i have purchased for my 2 year's daughter.

                  Whenever i gave to my daughter to drink, She feel to through the milk bottle.

                  I found this box is not tested by quality control system because i can feel the bad smell in the box.

                  I met the medical store to change the box but he asked me to do a complain to the Customer care officer.

                  I tryed to call the Customer Care Officer ([protected]) lots of time but always its getting disconnect after saying "Hello" and email id aslo getting bounse back(Email id also not correct that they have mentioned on the product box). How we can make complain about the product as phone and email id are not reachable to you.

                    Respected Sir,

                    I would like to inform you the following for your kind perusal and immediate action that I am using pedia sure for my daughter for the last 2 years regularly. On[protected] I bought a tin of Pediasure from a medical shop named Medplus in Kodambakkam and obtained the bill no. bearing 8139.

                    Packed on - 16 / 11 / 2010
                    Expiry Date - 09 / 05 / 2012

                    On[protected] night my wife prepared a glass of pediasure to my daughter from the new tin and on[protected] around 11.00.am again my wife open the foil pack inside the tin for preparing the drink and she found a thin spring type sharp metal piece inside the pack. She shocked by seeing the metal piece inside the pack and she suddenly told me to throw away the whole tin in waste basket. I felt frustrated while my wife scolded me regarding this. While told this incident to the neighbor residents they unanimously told us to lodge a complaint to the consumer court and other civic authorities and inform the same to the Medias.

                    May people are buying pediasure for their children without minding the exorbitant price for the betterment of their children’s health. We are well aware that the companies like this are getting good revenue by the way of selling such products and they are spending a lot for the advertisement and other promotional activities. But meantime they should take utmost care of the production and packing side also and they should give the same attention to the product inside as like the attractive outer packing because they are playing with the life of children.

                    Being a father this incident hurt me a lot so I kindly request you to take necessary action regarding this. Sometimes it may save the life of many children.

                      I am a Pediatrician by profession and feel strongly that Pediasure cannot be promoted saying that it is the Pediatricians' most recommended immunebooster. Morover the model in the advertisement claims to be a Pediatrician, which is unethical and since it is directly related to child health it should be immediately withdrawn.
