[Resolved] Abhibus Services India — abhibus ticket booking using phonepe transaction failed but till now no refund | |
I have booked bus ticket in abhibus website on 04/09/2017, unfortunately the transaction got failed but the amount detected from my phonepe wallet. When i enquire with their customer care they responded the amount will refund with in 5 working days. But now almost 7 days completed still there is no refund. Sep 21, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Next day itself Abhibus has contacted & resolved my issue and did refund money(the failed transaction amount) back to my PhonePe account. This is the first time I've used this website(ConsumerComplaints) to post a complaint and I got it resolved in time, thank you for that.
I was planning to avoid future bookings on Abhibus but, since they have responded and resolved my issue without much hassle, I still got hope on their service as trustworthy and will continue using them. Almost I contacted them for 7 times and they always keep on saying that issue will be resolved in 48 hours. But even after 25 days issue was not resolved.
