Case No:[protected] Travel Agent Name: Sugama Tourists Service Id: ROUTE No - 04, GOA - BANGALORE Name: karthik cs Email :karthik.[protected]@gmail.com Mobile: [protected] Route :Goa-Bangalore Comments: The bus driver did not allow to board the bus even after waiting for 30 min at the venue the driver harassed my wife and left within 30 sec . we were left drowned in heavy rain in Goa due to cyclones mentally disturbed and left alone in the middle of the road in the evening even tried to contact the abhibus customer care. we were kept for hold for more than 30 min.the customer care executive is Shiva time of cal is 6 00PM 10 june2018. Very horrible and scrary experience for me and my wife we have the evidence of the incident with localities and staff of petrol bunk where we supposed to board the bus.Kindly consider this issue seriously and take immediate action.
