Dear Sir/Madam Because of Train cancellation by Indian Railway without prior intimation to authorized passenger, the passenger got stuck in between period and unfortunate TDS has not filed within 72 Hours ' YE KAHA KA NYAY HAI JAB 72 GHNATE ME AAP APNA PAISA CLAIM NAHI KARENGE TO IRCTC/RAILWAY DEPT AAPKA PAISA KHA JAYNEGE" VO BHI UNKI TARAF SE TRAIN CANCELL HOTI HAI TI UNKI RESPONSIBILITY BANTI HAI KI PASSENEGER KA PAISA USKA PURA PAISA REFUND KAR DE I am following the matter with IRCTC and our principal Agent -Multilink from last 7 days but no satisfactory response vide ref no.#ML0022989, user id mlnk1249, This is very surprising how it can be rejected when Train cancelled by Railway Dept. and hesitating to refund the amount to our passenger In the view of genuiness please file TDS on our behalf refund Rs.6640/- Details PNR No: [protected] Dtd:23/06/2015 Train Type: Durono Mail/ 3AC Name: 1) Kavita F 28 2) Anil m 33 3)Vaibhav m 9 4) Shraddha f6 Is it justified wherein if I have not claimed within 72 hrs then IRCTC/Railway will lapse our refund REGDS ANIL
