Dear sir / madam

Is it justified wherein if you have not claimed with irctc within 72 hrs then irctc / railway will lapse our refund if train canceled by railway itself
' ye kaha ka nyay hai jab 72 ghnate me aap apna paisa claim nahi karenge to irctc / railway dept aapka paisa kha jaynege" vo bhi unki taraf se train cancell hoti hai ti unki responsibility banti hai ki passeneger ka paisa uska pura paisa refund...
