I ahs placed an order for shoes on abof.com. when the shoes were delivered, they turned out hing like the pics shown so i sent it back.
1. The process is extremely cumbersome, as if they want to discourage you from returning the below par goods
2. The customer care does not even have a 1-800 number and the lethargy and lack of interest amongst their people is palpable
3. I was told that the payment has been made. A month later, after my calling, i was informed that the payment is stuck.
4. 1 month later it is still unpaid

I placed AB580187 order on 15th Jan on abof.com which had multiple items. Recieved the order on 21st Jan. Returned an item(abof Men Blue Casual Jeans) on 22nd Jan due to size issues.The courier guy from Ecom-Ex picked it up on 22nd Jan. Since that day till 8th feb(today), I've been waiting for my refund. I've talked to customer support more than 5 times, but all they say is about giving my case to supervisor.They claim that due to their technical problem, my refund order shows cancelled and that is why they can't track my Return item. To return an item on this website, we need to call the customer support & initiate the refund, and I asked to initiate return for my Jeans. It is their human or technical fault that the return item shows cancelled. And I haven't recieved any money because of their fault, and they show no interest in solving it also, which is proved by the fact that I've called them more than 5 times.

I had placed an order on abof.com on 21st December of 'Pepe Jeans Jacket' for Rs.3499. I got the product and paid cash on delivery. The website claims for 30 days return of all products. The jacket was not fit for thats why I wanted returned. I contacted them 7-8 times on their customer care number but they always said product will be picked up in 4-5 days. But it has not been picked up since last 20 days. They are falsely claiming 30 days return on their website. I contacted via email also but they closed my complaint without any resolution. I want to return the product and want my money back.
