Someone else has created this account, maybe some third party consultancy and applied for wrong Job Id. I want to apply for some other job id and system is restricting as there is already my resume in database. So I want to request the team to delete the CID i mentioned above which was not created by me. I want to apply for some other job id. Please assist.

While I was trying to register for Accenture off campus drive it's showing you have already in our database, we don't have any information about it right now, but I had not attended any drive since 6 months, I applied to a position in January 2021.
