Offer Letter not initiated

I have cleared all round of Interview including HR round . Than I got a mail that you need to upload the documents for further offer negotiation. I did that also . Than after 1 week I got call from one of the Accenture Project Team asking about joining dates and few random questions . That also done . It's been 2 week since not a single response form HR team, also the HR attached with my candidature is not responding to any of my mails ....

Hi,

This is regarding Reference CID: C9334581. I have given the technical rounds with accenture and also uploaded all the required documents on portal. The status on portal at that time was - “You have cleared all the technical rounds! We will soon schedule the final round.”

After this my final discussion round was also scheduled for 4th May at 3:30 pm. But before it could happen there was a message on portal...

Removal of profile

Someone else create this account, maybe some consultancy create it however i haven't appear for any interview so please help me to delete this account and my data from you database as i don't want to share my personal details with anybody without my permission as i randomly checking my email id and found this cid: C9343314 which is not made by me.

Regarding test issue

Dear sir/Mam,

I applied for the accenture off campus recruitment process and i have been selected. I have successfully completed and cleared the first Cognitive and Technical assessments. but in next round which is coding round the test is stopped automatically.due to which i am unable to complete the assessment.

I am trying to apply to open positions at accenture, but it says resume already exist and i am unable to apply through employee referral or on portal because of this. Unable to apply jobs due to Duplicate CID

This is regarding Reference CID: C9369459. I have given digital round 16th April 2021 then I got mail for technical round. I have done with my skill round on 23rd April 2021. it was all clear and status on portal was - we are glad to inform you that your previous rounds have been cleared and HR will contact you further.

on the very next day, I got updated message on portal that your credentials didn't match...
