Hello team,
I had applied for Accenture and my interview is on 17th may at 11:30am . During the interview suddenly the interviewer video and audio got strucked even my internet connection was good enough. I have tried reaching out to accenture helpline they said to reload/relogin and wait in the lobby were you will have the interview i did the both and then after refreshing there is a message displayed that PLEASE WAIT TO BE QUEUED. I waited for around 7hrs and nothing happened

I want to request you please reschedule my interview as soon as possible

    I recieved Accenture interview mail on 17th May 2021 around 6:30pm, but by mistake I blocked a interview slot 17th May 10:15am which is already over.
    I contacted the Accenture team through helpline number and through chat, they said that team Accenture is working on your issue, kindly wait untill you recieve another mail from Accenture on the same. Now it is 19th May, I wasn't get any mail till now.Is there any chances of getting mail? so request to your team please consider my situation and give me one chance for interview.

      I had applied for accenture and on 16th May my interview was scheduled at 11:30 am . I entered the lobby at 11:15 and it showed there are 3 members in the queue. At 12 it showed I’m the next one for the interview. At 12:30 I got a buzzer but then it was showing me “Please wait to be queued” we will assign you a room shortly. I contacted the support and they asked me to stay in the lobby. I waited till 7:00pm and my interview didn’t happen. And my internet connection was stable .Photo of same is shared by me in this mail.
      I want to request you to please reschedule my interview as soon as possible.
      I will be very thankful to you.

        I am chinta pranavi, I was having my interview on may 16 at 3 pm. As per the instructions I have joined at 2:45 pm and there is a lobby where everyone will wait for their turn. They said me that I have 3 mem in queue I have been waiting for long time suddenly at 3:40 pm. I got to join interview then I have joined the interview room there was no interviewer (i got to wait on the screen) after some time suddenly I got a pop screen like u have completed interview. But I didn't at least seen my interviewer. I request you to look into my issue

            Sir I'm in last round of selection process, I.e, interview I have faced problem while getting to interview whiel verification my camera is stopped working, but checking it again it was working it was the problem with software I have waited in lobby from 10 am to 9 pm

              Error while taking interview

              Hello team,

              My Interview was scheduled at 2 pm, but when it started at 4 pm their site was unable to detect the camera and mic ...but my camera and mic was on still saying camera not found.
              On contacting the technical issue team on provided contact number they just say keep waiting in the lobby...wait...wait...and wait... it's been 3 hrs I'm waiting and still no response. Not only me, this issue is faced by many people today, Accenture should at least reschedule our Interview and please improve your technical support team,

              I'm sharing the pic I have clicked like the camera light was ON and it was saying no camera detected.

                With the due respect I want to say that I had applied for accenture and yesterday was my interview at 4:30pm .During the interview, screen got paused.Internet connection from my side was stable .After that I logged in again from my candidate id and in the lobby a message was displayed that PLEASE WAIT TO BE QUEUED.
                I waited for around 5 hrs and nothing happened. Photo of same is shared by me in this mail.
                I want to request you to please reschedule my interview as soon as possible.

                With all respect want to inform that I had applied to accenture and a day before yesterday was my interview at 3:30 pm. I was waiting in the lobby then I received a mail mentioning that I have to book an another slot, then I booked it on 18th may that is yesterday at 9:45 am. Since yesterday morning 9:30 I was waiting in the lobby, the only thing I could see is PLEASE WAIT TO BE QUEUED. Till now there is no change on the screen.
                I want to request you to reschedule my interview as soon as possible.
                I will be thankful to you

                      I had an interview in Accenture scheduled on 17/05/2021 at 12:30PM. I was waiting in the interview meeting but unfortunately the interviewer didn't join the call. After waiting for almost 8 hours I had to close the meeting.

                        My candidate ID is C9246448.I have not been provided with the Unique Id that is required to authenticate the Offer letter in the portal. Not getting any kind of assistance. Tried emailing and calling HR multiple times. Without unique id I couldn't accept the offer letter. Now the portal shows your candidature has been closed, I got a email from HR on 14th may that my candidature has been closed, however if I am interested in opportunity, please give her a call, I have again called her multiple time, sent emails and text messages but no response.
                        Please assist

                            My Candidature C9014553 is on hold from Accenture. I have never appeared for any interview .It has been 7 month since my profile is there .I requested to delete my candidature but instead of removing it was put on hold.

                            Now I am not able apply for any relevant positions.

                            I tried to contact with Accenture help desk but no help was provided. They asked me to reach out to the HR but I am not able to contact them.

                            I have been trying and asking to remove profile since 1-2 months ago.
                            I have attached screenshot for your reference.

                            Kindly help me out with this.

                              I cleared my first cognitive test and then i cleared my communication test and i got a mail regarding interview on 14 may 2021 but i didn't see the mail that day when i opened on the next day it showed me that there are no slots availableCould u help to resolve the issue

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I had applied for various positions vacant through Accenture website. Once finished the application, a confirmation message will appear where it mentioned that a "link will be sending to my email and click the link for submitting the application."
                                    But yet I haven't seen or received anything such. However, I have not received any other email links like Profile completion message or application confirmation messages etc.

                                      With due respect, I would like to inform you that I, Sampurna Dinda, have attended Accenture hiring on 23rd February 2021. And I also received the pre-learning modules on 27th February 2021.
                                      People who have received the pre-learning modules on the same date, most of them already received their joining date and place-related mails. I did not even receive my document verification mail yet because of that I am a little worried about it.
                                      I completed my learning modules and I cleared the test successfully on 14th April 2021.
                                      My credentials for the pre onboarding portal: https://accenturelearning.tekstac.com/login/index.php is also saying invalid all of sudden.

                                      Please my utmost request looks into the matter and please do reach out to me at: [protected]@kiit.ac.in.
