There is NO mismatch in name from my end. I have only first name as official name and there is no surname in any of my documents. I will attach my 10th, 12th marksheets, Graduation certificate, PAN card and driving license here. Accenture portal asked to add Father's name in case of having no surname so I did that but in my resume I can't add that.

(I attached my documents on their portal in the query section where I was guided...

Educational Details and Prior Employment Details are NOT opening. Clicking on those tasks leads to the website becoming unresponsive. I am able to edit and submit all other tasks. I have less than 12 hours to submit all documents. Kindly look into it and help me out as soon as possible....
