    Unable to login as candidate in accenture portal

    I am unable to login in my Accenture account to upload my documents, when I try to login in my account it shows an error " your mail id cannot be found in our system".

    I have received all mails regarding other processes with Accenture on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com, but not able to login in my account, When I try to reset the password it shows your mail id cannot be found in our system....

    EPF Transfer

    Hi Team,

    I am an Accenture Alumni[protected], I have initiated PF transfer from Accenture PF account to another PF account. But i have received online submission error and was not able to proceed further. I have reached out to EPF grievance regarding the same and they have instructed to reach out to Employer on the same.         My joining date i.e. 26th July, 2021 but it has been pushed to 4th August
        as per last email received on July 26th, 2021. After that the HR told me Unfortunately your BGC is not satisfactory and we need additional documents. But there is no intimation to me neither any one contacted to me till now. I am really unhappy with Accenture recruitment process.

        After giving someone an offer letter and then when the person left his current job in hope for a new career just telling them that your BGC is not satisfied without giving any proper reason or even they haven't asked me for any additional documents till now.

              Please delete the above account and all the details in that account . I Have cleared all other rounds and qualified for HR round from different account which I have created recently while applying for job, but they are unable to process my profile to HR round as the its PAN details matching with above mentioned account(C9695962) which may be I or someone who referred me or the one who took detals to schedule interview would have created at different time.(Note : I have not given any interview with this profile - C9695962).

              So please delete the account and all the details in CID : C9695962 As soon as possible and Notify me. Thanks.

                    I have applied for AP profile in Accenture just two weeks ago and they have hold my resume when I have been asked them about the procedure the HR told me that we can not hire you as your resume got rejected and we have a company policy due to which ur Agra university is blacklisted in Accenture.                     Someone else create this account, maybe some consultancy create it however i haven't appear for any interview so please help me to delete this account and my data from you database as i don't want to share my personal details with anybody without my permission as i randomly checking my email id and found this cid: C3350064 which is not made by me.

                                Hi,

                                This is regarding Reference CID: C9733728 and I am an Ex-Accenture employee, it was rehiring process for me .

                                I have given technical rounds with Accenture and cleared the rounds then after I got a mail to submit my documents with subject --"C9733728 : Accenture Recruitment Status- You have made it to the Human Resources (HR) interview at Accenture"--.

                                After completing EAF, I am not getting option to upload documents & could see a message on the portal --"We regret to inform you that your credentials have not met our selection or verification criteria. We have closed your application and will not be going forward with your candidature"--

                                I am not sure why my candidature got closed without any intimation.

                                I tried calling HR regarding the same, dropped mails and messages but still there is no response & they are least bothered to respond your calls/mails/messages.

                                Please do the needful here and let me know the exact reason of this closure.
