Hi, i would like complaint about the recruitment process of accenture. I attended interview at accenture on march 16th, 2019 and cleared all the mandatory rounds and even submitted the documents also. My candidate id is c2720625 but i haven’t received my offer letter and status got updated that, the process is delayed as there is no relevant demand available. If this is going to be the case, then what is need for interview? This is highly disappointing and not expected from a company like accenture. I request you to resolve this issue.

But when I am trying to open a new profile or trying to apply for ne opportunity, can not do that, because at that time its showing as " We already have this resume in our database".

I got selected in Accenture through on campus placement drive
I got the offer letter on 28th April 2022.
I accepted the offer but now when i opened the portal it is showing that "Since you didn't respond to the offer extended to you, Your offer is withdrawn"
I want to accept the offer as I really want this job....

I have given my interview on 31st May, 2022.
On the same day I have been informed that I have cleared my technical round and HR round was done. I have invested my time and given my interview and also projects people are contacting me.He told me that soon they will released offer letter.
Now, In the portal its showing :

We regret to inform you that we do not have a suitable opening in the organization that is commensurate with your background/skills and experience. We hope to reconsider your profile when there is a new suitable opening."
I have sent an email to HR and also contacted via phone but did not get the reply and I wasted my precious time to accenture but response is very bad this is request to review my case and finalize my candidature instead of keeping it on hold. Please resolve my issue.

My Current company has not received the transferred PF amount from Accenture till now, but I can see the claim status has been settled below on the EPFO portal by stating Your Claim [ Claim Id - MHBAN[protected] ] has been Settled on - 15-JAN-2022. Amount and Service transferred to MHBAN[protected]

I have cleared the interview (Received the mail) when I upload the documents without any intimation my ID portal has closed and saying "We regret to inform you that your credentials have not met our selection or verification criteria. We have closed your application and will not be going forward with your candidature."
please resolve the issue.

I received the offer letter 22 April, soon after I received the offer letter I did the given procedure authenticating the offer letter and I have even accepted the letter but now it's showing I have not accepted the letter and now it's expired. My interview was taken on 24 may after which i received email that I have cleared all the rounds and asked me to upload the documents and LOA form later I got email to input my preferred joining location. I was expecting offer discussion and offer letter now but they have kept my candidature on hold saying

This is to inform you that I am Anyesha Banerjee, got selected in Accenture for ASE role in on campus drive.
I had received a mail to upload the 12 verification documents within 27 january 2022 on accenture portal. I had uploaded 10 documents out of 12 within the deadline and the remaining 2 documents I had uploaded in the first week of february due to the rejecting task I was getting within 27 January.
The documents which were uploaded within the deadline got approved and remaining two documents are in submitted status since the last 3 months and till now I haven't received the offer letter. It is my dream company. I have also mailed several times but no response is received.

It would be extremely helpful of you, if you could assist me with the approval of this task and further process of receiving the offer letter. Therefore i request you to please look into this matter and do the needful at your earliest.

I was working in Accenture from Jan 2017 to Jan 2020 and i have completed all my exit formalities but till date i am not able to transfer my PF amount from Accenture to my new organization and i have followed up with Accenture PF for two years but no help.. As per process i have opened request and called their support line but the issue still remains open. Not sure how many ex employees are having the same problem.
