It's been months that I'm trying to withdraw my PF amount but I'm unable to do so due to the absolute delay caused at the employer end.
It is solely the employer's fault that my name is seeded incorrectly in the EPF Portal because of which I'm unable to enter the portal. After consulting the Accenture EPF Team multiple times, I was asked to send a Joint declaration form to PF Office at the cost of my documents, time, effort and expenses.
I had some queries regarding the Joint declaration form, for which I sent a mail with all my questions. But, I did not receive any response. I never received response emails from "eb.socialsecurity" without sending numerous follow up emails. I don't understand the need for such a time taking process and delayed response. This just potrays the scale of irresponsibility the employer is showing towards the employee, who seek for help to get their hard earned money.
It is very much understood that this mail id is the only communication between the employer and the employee with regards to PF amount. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs to be refined, which would otherwise cause a very negative impact on Accenture.
Accenture India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
