Ace2Three.com — withheld money account details not updating | |||
Hi, i asking them update my kyc and pan card details in my new account as it is creating a problem same details mentioned in my old account, i asked them delete from old account so add in my new account, i sent couple of emails from registered emails from old account and new account, also shared my kyc details, it's been more than 18-20 days and i am keep sending emails, but they are not responding after i sent documents what they asked, they don't any contact other that email and i am really frustrated about their service and customer care. They held my winnings amount and saying it will be foritified if i don't share my pan by dec-02, i am sending emails from november-01 for updating pan, they are planning games but not updating my details in my new account, i really want file consumer compliant, i will go do police compliant if issue not resolved here. I really don't know their system allowing add funds to thier account and play high betting games or loose gamed even if there is no pan/kyc, but when we win or trying with draw money they will ask all those details and then never responds.
