Acer India — Service, not provided during warranty period

I bought a 32-inch Acer TV from Amazon on[protected] vide order No.[protected]. The product has Two years warranty. My tv developed a fault about a month and a half ago, and picture and sound disappeared. Only green, blue, yellow, red colors are visible on the full screen. I made a service request with Amazon on[protected] and Acer TV Customer Care on[protected].
Till date the issue has not been resolved despite my repeated telephone calls and emails.
