    This is the worst company i have given complain on march month 2021 still not resolved now acer customer service people closed the ticket that due to lock down . without any information. last time one person came frome service center he dont know how ro open the laptop he told that he is new he don't know he was from ensure support services in Bangalore.

        This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life . I bought a laptop before 1 week only (11/05/2021) it's not working for 3 days and graphic card is also not working I dont know why the graphic card inbuilt in this
        Power consumption is worst I[censored]se laptop for 1 hour it will reduce to 20% from 100%
        So customer service is also worst they dont even consider the customer issues and all
        Its fully of waste of my money
        So please dont buy acer laptop

          Don't buy this laptop, desktop or any other type of product
          It won't work .in my experience I said I bought a laptop from acer dealer
          It's almost 1 week only the laptop is not working properly and laptop is not at all worth for the amount .And is the customer service is very worst and not even take care of that your issue .they simply said please wait sir this is the that all the agent tell same thing .dont buy acer laptop better go with other brands . In my experience I am telling you, because the customer service is not responding and laptop is in worst condition. Again and again I am telling dont go with this brand of laptop

            Sir, i bought acer laptop modal no A514-54 and it's sl no - NXHZ6SI[protected]F12N00 on 27-01-21. In this laptop, curser is lagging or freezing few seconds while working on laptop. I lodged complaint two time in acer which case id is 3947772I, 3950570I.acer service center had been replaced touchpad but issue is still same. No any support by acer team after replacing touchpad. No any response. I am in problem.
            Sir request to you please replace my laptop from acer.
            I have invoice copy of this product.
            No any support from acer team and services center, don't attend call
            Please help me
            I am defence person in crpf at naxal area. Please replace this faulty product or return my amount.

            My laptop is under warranty.

                Its been a week that I raised case ID 3928792I with Acer
                Daily multiple followups are done but still issue is unresolved
                Today i have escalated to ACer escalation matrix email ids too
                Here is short summary
                I purchased ACER Nitro 5 in 2020 around Aug timeframe
                System started behaving slow in 3-4 months o[censored]sage
                based on my Prev ticker in Feb'21, Motherborard was replaced
                Post motherboard replacement, I had issues with - Nitrosense not getting installed, Rather than Nvedia graphics card, it was shown as Radeon, Overheating, Game lag etc
                I raised Ticket 3928792I, Engineer came and formatted the Laptop and as system didnt comeup/problems continued post formatting, Engineer took the Laptop for repair on 2nd Apr
                I have requested for Laptop to be delivered by 6th April, as my Son's classes started
                Today is 10th april and despite everyday assurance from Acer team, today again I got the message to wait till 12th April
                Acer India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                  Background & timeline-

                  I Purchased acer laptop aspire 7 on 23 of June 2020.
                  Last week the laptop was showing weird behavior like sudden shutdown, flickering of screen.
                  After 2-3 days I registered a complaint on acer website.
                  A technician came for repairing, however the problem is still not resolved.
                  After 3 days that same technician had taken the laptop for service, returned it after 2 days. However, the problem is still not solved.
                  Since I purchased this laptop for business work, all my work came to a halt and I am facing a severe loss.

                  After two months again I am facing the same issue again same processor start technician came today he again so hit and trial like installing a window and install the driver but did not resolve the issue and then he denied to repair the laptop and went from our home.

                  These type of service acer provide to us.

                    Hello Team,
                    I have a Predator Triton300 (SNID: NHQ9YSI[protected]) which I purchased on 25th Jan'2021. Few days after, it started giving some issues with the GPU. I reported this issue with the support team almost 3 times, generated the ticket 2 times (shared below) and engineer visited 3 times but no resolution as of yet. They are only giving false statements/ wrong commitments but no firm resolution on this.
                    I am really disappointed with this support from Acer. Never expected a bit from the Acer team but this is the reality I guess.Can someone please look into this. Sharing the case IDs below :

                      Hi,
                      I purchased a new acer nitro7 on 20 september 2020 from pari computers pvt ltd, which is a official acer store.
                      I wanted to clean dust inside the laptop because if was overheating, therefore I opened it on 11.03.2021.

                      But cleaning dust showed no changes in temperature, therefore I filed a complaint on 12.03.2021 for repasting the thermal paste in my laptop. Later a acer technician visited my house and opened the laptop, a screw on the heat sink on the laptop was stripped and he asked me to file another complaint and then call the customer care and ask them to transfer my complaint from 'on site' to 'in store'.
                      The customer care personal, said they have no way of transferring a request from on site, to in store and gave me contact details of a acer service center run by a person called Swapni.
                      Upon calling the service center they said they cannot work on my device as the sticker on laptop bottom was removed by me, and claimed that I have damaged screws inside the laptop. No damage was done by me to the screws and my laptop runs fine.
                      I also tried contacting acer support through email and they also neglected the issue saying it was customer induced damage when I have damaged nothing. I am attaching the email conversation below.

                      My laptop is only six months old and they are denying the warrenty blaming me because I removed a stupid sticker on bottom of my laptop. Please help me out with this matter.
                      I want my problem fixed by acer as my laptop is still under warrenty.

                          In the initial stages it worked fine .but now the system is getting stuck and restarting .
                          When I contacted customer care they send their person and he told to change the motherboard.
                          The mother board is damaged in a newly bought laptop.

                            I have been waiting since 20 october 2020 case to 3718553I find the spare for my laptop and i moved to west bengal and opened new cade id 3849433I and still they havent found any spare for me and i missed my 2 exam and 3 interview cause of this cause my laptop is turned of for 4 months now.they doesnt seems to care anymore ignore my mails and call and no same reply on tweeter and sometimes no reply on tweet and no dm reply..

                                Case ID 3832825I, It's over 12 days since the spares is requested but Acer didn't care about consumer support they didn't even care how they are wasting consumer precious time. I've contacted them through calls and email but nothing works. Customer care call service forwarded my query.
                                But spares didn't have any news of arrival.
                                I'm tired and frustrated from Acer. My netbook is off for more than 2months.
                                Acer India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  From the last two days i am seeing that the left side of the screen is opening which is visible in the attached picture, laptop pics and receipt pic is attached.
                                  Kindly Register my complaint and amend the problem
                                  Thus i request your goodself in the matter and solve the problem immediately.
                                  Photos of the same are attached for your kind consideration.
                                  As a student, online classes are going on so it is not possible to go to service centre so kindly mend my laptop at my address.

                                    I ordered recertified Acer nitro 5 laptop by mistake

                                    I ordered a recertified laptop thinking it is an original (genuine new) laptop by mistake. After Knowing my mistake, I called acer customer care service multiple times but they said we can't do anything about it.
                                    So I email their technical team through Gmail multiple(10+) times to tell them my issue. But still, they are not helping me out.

                                    I told them to cancel my order & initiate my refund, Or Replace/ Change my order...

                                    The attached images clearly shows how the Acer product is. I faced such problem twice in 1.5 year span.

                                    The hinges broke and the repair is very expensive.

                                    I am very very disappointed with the Acer Aspire 5 model and the kind of feedback I received from the company.

                                    I want my money and opportunity cost back.

                                      Someone else placed the order by misusing my debit card and immediately card blocked by my bank. Inspite of repeated request, Acer has not stopped the delivery of the product as it might be delivered to some wrong person as I am not available on the given address to take delivery. BANK message confirming some suspicious activity on use of my debit card and block of debit card is attached. Bank blocked my debit card immediately when payment made at your site.
