Acer — The System is not powering on

I purchased an Acer desktop computer for official work. However, the system is not powering on and the display remains blank despite checking the power supply and connections. Due to this issue, I am unable to use the computer for my daily work.
I request you to kindly arrange for an inspection and provide the necessary repair/service at the earliest. The system is under warranty (if applicable). Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
