I had booked a travel package with Across Traveller, till last moment, they were unable to book my hotels & arrangement for my transportation, I had paid 50% advance payment post their commitment on the mail (4 month before the travel date), however there was no response on my daily follow ups with them, later I had to cancelled the tour & request for refund, till date I have not received any refund, nor there is any commitment date given by Across Traveller,
would request all my friends & travelers never ever book any tour packages from AcrossTraveller Was this information helpful? | 
I would advise you to file a case against them in Consumer Court. This is not as difficult as other court cases and only if people like you take legal action these cheats will learn a lesson.
