Booked a kerala package from across traveller. And for train tickets.
Paid 200 commission per person for train.
They fail to give me confirmation within their committed time. Hence I asked for cancellation and for refund.
Inspire there is no mistake from my side they charged me cancellation charges of 40% and many other charges.
And they said I would get my refund by 29th Jan 2017.
It's 8th Feb today and I haven't got even a single penny from them.
When I tried calling them there is no response from them for my calls and for my mails. Was this information helpful? |
